Every Pencil in the New Blackwing LOTR Set!
Not long ago I picked up my first Blackwing pencils and have already become quite a fan, so the fact that a Lord of The Rings blackwing special edition came out right after, well I guess it was meant to be. I have been a fan of the films since seeing them all on their release nights, so this was an easy decision to pick up this set.
These pencils all represent the rings that were made in the J.R.R Tolkien series of 3 for the elves, 7 for the dwarf lords, and 9 for men, as well as the most well known of all of the rings, the One Ring.
Blackwing did a wonderful job of putting together a set that showcases all of these rings, as each pencil has unique art on it, and the packaging is also really well done featuring licensed artwork and gold embossing that really helps to complete the package.
All 4 of the Blackwing lead types are represented in the pencils, and they even went to far to match the lead type to the lore of the races who received the rings, which I thought was a great little easter egg of a decision.
The set comes with 20 pencils, a gold long point sharpener, and a gold lead protector for to match the One Pencil.
