I already wrote this over on the Conphotog site, but I will be shooting staff for MTAC this weekend. I am ready for a con fix, and ready to take some pictures. I will try to update from my iPhone throughout the weekend on Flickr which cross posts here and to twitter.

The nice folks who run both MTAC and GMX have listed me as a recommended photographer for those needing shots for the ConKitty auditions. I am honored to be recommended and hope to be able to assist people with getting the photos that they need for their entries if I am able.
If you need assistance with photos for this, please don’t hesitate to contact me so that we can set something up.
I just realized that I never posted a link to my pictures from MTAC. They are all now available in the galleries section of the site. Here are a couple of previews.

lethargicWell this past weekend was MTAC 2008. It was a great time and I was able to finish my Ganju costume in time. Steve had his Aizen, Gena Supergirl, Maria finished her Zelda, which was totally kick ass, Essay had Riku and Rose Tyler, Joe had Teen Titans Robin and Danielle had Raven.
It was a fun weekend. I went on Friday to help Chris Lee with his vac form panel by filming it for him, so I got a presenter badge. I got to hang out with throughout the weekend as well which was cool.
On Saturday night I did go to the rave. It was running late, so some of the others didn’t get a chance to stay, but I had a great time. They did end the rave 3 hours early. Word is that some young one OD’ed on something, and that made the police cause wank at the con, which added to the rave running late etc. From what I heard, the girl who OD’d had been sitting next to us asleep on a chair right next to where we had been sitting waiting for the rave for some time. Crazy stuff.
My pictures can be seen here, as I didn’t add them to my gallery yet.

Well MTAC was a blast. I had a great time and was able to debut Red Star. Here are some pictures of the finished costume.

We did actually go to some panels at MTAC which included one that Chris Lee did about making droids and props etc, one on J fashion that none of the presenters were prepared for, and adult origami. We learned how to fold a lips with a tongue and a penis. The other fun thing about MTAC was doing something different for the rave, and this is what was created.

My nails are still black.
